Not new, but Wendys in Mauldin seems to be in the middle of a complete parking lot / building renovation.
Most of the local Wendy's are converting to the new modern design. Although nice, I think I preferred the old Wendy's look. Although it would be nice if they would bring back the salad bar or the old Superbar Buffett.

The buffet experiment for Wendy's came very close to putting them out of business. It removed valuable seating space without generating business.
Stopped at "Up on the roof" in downtown greenville at river place this weekend before dinner at ruths chris. I guess they opened last month? great place for appetizers/drinks before dinner gorgeous views and good food
I enjoy the KFC Buffett as long as quality control is maintained. Some locations have struggled in recent years.
They still have it at some locations? I thought that was over long ago.
The one in Abbeville, back before they rebuilt it into a KFC/Taco Bell Combo unit had the buffet.. and that place was packed on Sundays.
Of course.. There's not a whole lot of options in Abbeville.
