I wonder if that is what is going in the old Office Depot at Greenridge. The stores in there match the stores they normally are located near. It seems like too big of a space though.
That is possible. Looked like construction crews are currently dividing that old OfficeMax space at Greenridge. It still had an available sign on it though last week.

Yeah that would make some sense. I was trying to figure out the other day what spaces were still open that fit them in the woodruff rd area since that would be the likely location for them.
Has anyone heard if there's a different contractor working the building of the Verizon store on Butler after the accident? Or any results on the cause of the accident?
Construction has restarted.. The site was cleared again earlier this week, and they've got walls up again.. But it certainly seems to be proceeding differently than it was before.
IHOP (or IHOB..or whatever) at 915 Wade Hampton Blvd Greenville, SC, is set to be demolished and rebuilt at the same spot. Thankfully, it appears they purchased an additional lot behind Asada to add parking and an additional entrance along Brookside Circle.
