Doesn't "Felix" help with the back of your head?

He would scalp me!! His hands are shaky these days. Sometimes he can barely hold a cup or fork. He gets himself dehydrated and then he shakes. I have to practically force him to drink water. He hates water.

That's a good idea. He had a rough morning. I missed class today because I didn't want to leave him home alone.

Sorry to hear Felix had a bad day....I know how hard that is. Hope he feels better tomorrow!
Have a therapy appointment with my Hospice therapist today. My regular therapist is out of the country for the month. I got some idea of my blood work results but not sure what it means yet. My doctor is out of town for the week and his nurse wasn't much help except to tell my my triglycerides are up 30 points--yikes! I know it's my poor eating habits so I'll need to work on that. She said everything else looks about the same.
Another beautiful day here---hope everyone has a blessed day!

Good morning all! Work today....I hope I can remember what to do--seems like it's been a long time but really I only had one less day. My boss said he may be able to give me another day in the future.
It's raining here and not quite as cold as the past few days. I'm going to Concord on Friday to talk to an Ortho surgeon about my arms and get some suggestions. No matter what I just can't miss much work. I'll just be happy to get all this medical stuff behind me! It not only costs to much but really adds to my anxiety.
My therapist told me yesterday she feels I am doing pretty well considering what has been happening. Wish I could feel more confident!
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning, cyn. Speaking about medical/dental, I went to both yesterday! First visit to a MD that I want to start a relationship with as my Provider yesterday. Got my med's ordered, asked questions about my health, etc. Went well. Then, I got home and the Mrs. had made an appt. with a local dentist to glue a front cap back on better. I had it secured only with denture glue, which you all know isn't permanent. And that was for no charge! That simple procedure can cost $180, too. Of course, they want me to come back for a new post build-up and brand new front crown later.

But I felt that it was a good usage of a day off from work yesterday. You all have good Wednesday's!
