I discovered this set at Costco, and I sprang for it. The big rectangular box is perfect for lettuce and greens. There are optional, openable vents, and lists on each lid telling you which produce items need venting and/or water. The boxes have holes in the bottom to catch drips.
The smaller boxes hold berries or other veggies.
This organizes stuff that I tend to leave in plastic bags in the fridge. Now, I have fruit in one produce drawer, things like sweet peppers and celery in another, and other things in the plastic boxes. The containers are free of that chemical no one wants in their bodies and are top rack dish washable.

The link does not work....but it sounds like a good idea. However, although I do use plastic I seriously don't trust it (even the safe stuff).

This link should work, although it a link to Amazon.
Sunbrella sun sails in teracotta red heather which are mounted under a 2x24 pergola. Perfect match with one of the house brick colors (local clay) and temperature difference of about 20 degrees. Installation was eight eye hooks. Amazon delivery was next day.
I bought the smaller version of this, and liked it a lot. So I bought the big one too. These go into the dishwasher, don't dull my knives, and stay put on my counter. So, I like them. I have a nice bamboo board and I was initially trying to find another like it. But the bamboo boards seemed cheap and flimsy. I like the this board a lot.
We just got this Calphalon stackable 10-piece cookware set. My wife is picky with cookware and really loves this. Very, nice set and we love how easy they stack and store:
I'm putting this in the House thread instead of the shopping one as I think it will be seen by more people who are working on their houses.
So tell me what have you bought recently for your house that you really like or would recommend? It can be a fixture, appliance, decoration or anything else that you put in your house
Trash compactor
Street pressure (135 psi) hose bibs. 60 psi bibs are no good for cleaning up patios and things.
Ceiling fans in every room (actually house came with them).
TV antenna on roof.
Solar Panels
2nd microwave
Wifi extenders (which you can do with old routers by setting DHCP off)
Whole house fan (actually that was two houses ago - current house came with one). If you get one, get a quiet one because the best time to turn it on is like 5AM.
Solar water heater (was free with Gas Company rebate). Ethylene glycol is routed to the roof and to a second hot water tank. That hot Ethylene glycol warms the street water so the water from the first tank is pre-warmed before going to the regular gas water heater. That glycol gets to 160F on the roof.
Stuff I wish the house didn't have: Formal living room (unnecessary with a family room), formal dining room (which we turned into an computer room), 2nd oven.
Thing I would consider: Second dishwasher. Pull clean dishes from dishwasher A and put dirty dishes in dishwasher B. When A is empty and B is full, run B and reverse it. Never put dishes in the cupboard. Bidet: //www.city-data.com/forum/house...-changing.html
