Honestly, I don't think polls are accurately reflecting who's going to be showing up to vote. New voters, young voters, people that haven't voted for years and years.
Youth vote up 508% in Texas. Gee, I wonder which candidates that will benefit.

Compared to the same time period in '14, voters under the age of 30 in Texas have increased their turnout by 508% (not a typo). Voters over the age of 65 in TX increased their turnout by 96%.

Hispanic voters in Texas have surged in early vote turnout by more than any other race/ethnicity, with a 214% increase. This is compared to a 165% increase among white voters.

I'm hoping for the best for our state and our nation, neither of those would benefit by electing Beto.

That's Politicus USA, that's like getting your news straight from the DNC. Nevertheless, if you dig into the tweets that they use as their "evidence" you see that they link to a website called "Target Early" and if you look at the TX charts which calculate early voting numbers here https://targetearly.targetsmart.com/....html?state=TX The turnout is indeed massive but if their modeling is correct the GOP is leading Democrats by about 600,000 votes in early turnout alone. That basically follows the total voter numbers we saw during the primaries when you look at GOP vs. DEM in TX.

"Based on facts and common sense", meaning things you personally agree with. Opinions are subjective.

To say that your opinion is NOT based on emotion is a lie and don't even get me started on the second part of that. This nation was founded on many things... some of which needed to be changed over time. That's why we have Amendments.
