It should just be in the garbage home of P&OC/elections.

There's enough of this crap everywhere, it's polluting the entire forum.

Nah, that's not true at all. There are quite a few things that Beto talks about that I agree with, I just agree with Ted Cruz on more important things and I don't trust Beto to do what he says he will on the small stuff.

To say that your opinion is NOT based on emotion is a lie and don't even get me started on the second part of that. This nation was founded on many things... some of which needed to be changed over time. That's why we have Amendments.
My vote is not based on emotion, on a personal level I think Ted Cruz is a sleazy POS and I wouldn't want to hang out with him if given the choice but I'm not electing a friend. If I wanted to vote based on emotion of course I'd be swayed towards Beto but I'm voting for very specific reasons and Beto doesn't meet any of them.

This thread was started to discuss a specific event that was held in Houston Texas, what's the problem?

Original premise is fine. It's morphed a bit from that. It still would likely be more at home in P&OC

Beto closing the gap fast. Latest poll shows Cruz now only 3 point lead.

The Jobs report released this morning is incredible and shadows what the President said while he spoke here in Houston. GOP = more jobs, Dems = mobs.

Great news! I hope our democracy survives to enjoy all these jobs!
