Whole Foods would never build that close to an existing location...

Is this the same development we've been referring to, something different or an expansion to it?

"Madison Mayor Troy Trulock said work will begin immediately on infrastructure for the development. That includes an interchange and a possible overpass. That work will take 12 to 24 months and businesses will move in immediately once that work is complete."

Can an interchange and possible overpass be completed in 12-24 months?

The County Line interchange is supposed to take 16 months and be done in May 2015. So sure. The key phrase is, when does "immediately" mean.

Right, but the Cty Line Rd exit has been "in the works" for years. Is there some sort of expedited process for road projects if new commerical development is dependent on them?
