Although, at this point, I don't see prices in Las Vegas or Clark County pushing people that far out anymore.
I believe Jim Rhodes still has big plans for White Hills, AZ. I’m with you though, I don’t see how it will be economically feasible anytime soon.

I've also never understood the desire to build housing tracts way out in the Middle-of-Nowhere, AZ.

A Las Vegas suburb almost halfway to Kingman???

Why go that far out when you've got the Ivanpah Valley / Jean off the 15, or the El Dorado Valley south of Boulder City, both of which are still in Nevada and empty.

Prices are dropping in the bay area. I believe 15%.

There is so much money in tech salaries I don’t see real estate dropping there significantly any time soon. It’s a classic supply side issue, not enough for the demand and there are a ton of people who make money. Of course prices will go up as long as salaries will increase. Which they can since there is a small supply of tech workers and they can command high comp packages. Rinse and repeat.

Don’t see how much difference there is in the SF, San Mateo, San Jose area. It’s all the same tech heavy area.
