Liberals never think they're wrong. When the are wrong and know it, they double down on the nonsense.
So this person has insider knowledge of secretive behavior and his best recourse is to... wait for it... post it on city data.
Astoundingly stupid.

We don't know what the poster has because nobody has seen it. I should imagine the reason such information could not be directly leaked is due to HIPAA regulations.

I've certainly seen some things leaked here concerning LV well before they hit the news. The Raiders deal was one of them. I'm on some other boards, one in particular of which has had numerous hit pieces leaked over the years, sometimes even weeks, months, or years before they hit the national news.

That is a real possibility. I hope the people supporting the shutdown also support this tax.

Perhaps you should consider redirecting at least some of your anger towards China for its role in the pandemic.

Gov update

Quote:
81 dead. There are 329 confirmed COVID-19 hospitalizations with 49% of ventilators being used.

Sisolak says strict social distancing is the only way to stop the spread of COVID-19. He previously encouraged outdoor activities but knows some may create more high-risk situations.

Some have been seen circumventing the intent and acting as if they are not susceptible to becoming infected.

Gov. Sisolak is expanding social distancing guidelines to increase efforts to slow the spread of the virus.

Ordering sporting venues to close for the duration of the emergency (golf courses, skateboard parks, public basketball courts, and swimming pools)

Showrooms that display goods for sale ordered to close to the public. (car dealerships, household appliance stores)

If businesses continue to operate they must provide PPE for workers, and adopt sanitation protocols

Realtors are prohibited from operating open house showings for numerous people. House cannot be occupied

Licensed barbers and stylists cannot offer in-home beauty services to those who live outside of their household

Grocery stores must close self-service food stations that cannot be sanitized in between each customer. Selling unpackaged raw goods that are not packaged and sold by the scoop is now prohibited

In-person worship services are now prohibited to prevent the spread of COVID-19, no gatherings of ten people or more

1/11 CDC tweets about corona related “pneumonia outbreak in China”
1/14 WHO tweets that there is no evidence of human to human transmission.
1/17 CDC started doing health screenings at 3 airports of travelers from China.
1/21 first case in US for someone who traveled directly from Wuhan.
1/23 WHO again says no human to human transmission outside of China.
1/27 WHO raises alert level but is still saying China has it contained.
1/28 CDC states “ While CDC considers covid a serious situation and is taking preparedness measures, the immediate risk in the US is considered low.”
1/29 White House announces Coronavirus Task Force created. Note - this is despite the WHO downplaying the threat!
1/31 Trump bans travel from China.
Media and multiple Democrats slam his decision calling it racist/xenophobic.
2/5 Trump acquitted (impeachment).
2/5 Chuck Schumer in a tweet continues to call Trumps’ travel ban from China “premature.”
2/7 White House’s Coronavirus Task Force gives press briefing.
2/9 White House Coronavirus Task Force meets with all governors regarding virus.
2/12 CDC waiting for approval from Chinese for CDC team to travel to China.
2/18 HHS announces partnership to develop vaccine.
2/21 Italy identifies its very first case in their country.
2/21 CDC tweets that it is working with States for preparedness.
2/24 Trump sent letter to Congress asking for $25B for virus effort.
2/24 Nancy Pelosi made a stop in Chinatown and encouraged people to “please come and visit and enjoy Chinatown.”
2/25 there is still no reported community spread in the US!!! (Per CDC tweet.)
2/27 first community transmission in US.
2/27 Trump appoints Pence to coordinate efforts.
2/29 FIRST reported Covid19 death in US.
It is helpful to look at the actual timeline. All of this happened BEFORE the 1st death in US.

He shoots.... He SCORES... AND THE CROWD GOES WILD

You forgot those who, when Trump announced the travel restrictions on direct travel from China, shouted from the rooftops that he is racist and called for yet another impeachment.

Note: Taiwanese officials warned WHO on Dec. 31 that they had seen evidence that the virus could be transmitted human-to-human. But the agency, bowing to Beijing, doesn’t have a normal relationship with Taiwan. On Jan. 14 WHO tweeted, “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission.” The agency took another week to reverse that misinformation.

On Jan. 22-23 a WHO emergency committee debated whether to declare Covid-19 a “public health emergency of international concern.” Taiwan was purposefully excluded at China's request. The virus already had spread to several countries, and making such a declaration would have better prepared the world. It should have been an easy decision, but because China objected, WHO did not make the declaration.

WHO belatedly made the declaration on Jan. 30—losing a week of precious time.

Quote:
“The Chinese government is to be congratulated for the extraordinary measures it has taken,” said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus “I have absolutely no doubt about China’s commitment to transparency," urging other countries NOT to restrict travel to & from China,
Even on January 30, WHO, bowing to China, said the virus’s spread outside China “minimal and slow.”

It took until March 11 for the WHO to declare a pandemic. By that point the official world-wide case count was 118,000 people in 114 countries.

"Temporary" tax? That'll never happen. Once a pitbull latches on to something it rarely let's go.

Absolutely.

When that happens, it will be bye-bye Nevada.

The anger at China is obvious, and they will most certainly be dealt with in long/medium/short order. Major wars have started over less than this. World War I started when the Archduke was assassinated, igniting tensions that had been building for decades. This could very well cause a war because China isn't going to take it when we, and most likely a majority of the planet, does a massive decouple away from a China that has lied and deliberately endangered the world. The anger is monumental toward China, and China will indeed be dealt with.

That doesn't excuse the disastrous decisions made by Sisolak The Stupid. Whether it is COVID-19, an earthquake, epidemic/pandemic or any other major disaster, you do not want this fool anywhere the levers of power when such a thing happens. You don't want him within 500 miles of power. The man is so incompetent that he indeed defines "incompetent."

If you do not recall this fool, this total clown, then he will come back and bite you every time.

As the old saying goes...You've been warned.
