Just to say, I think what those punks did was despicable, however.

Something else to ponder....at what point will today's graffiti become tomorrows hieroglyphics?

Still, it's a rotten shame.

hmmmmmm maybe..PAINT is Grafitti and scratching it in the rock becomes hieroglyphics?

I tend to agree with you....even tho I think they should be hung for defacing the hieroglyphics.

In Wyoming there is a tall tower of rock that has the initials of hundreds of travelers from the 1800's scratched into it....It's a monument....maybe they should have picked virgin rock to put their Mark on

Don't get me wrong...I hope they catch the vandals and make them do community service until they cry uncle. I hate to see nature defiled.

I totally agree.....it's just interesting.....in 150 or so years these vandals will be pioneers.....

Well, we will have to determine if paint last longer than stone etchings. Maybe in 150 years the paint will be gone?
