I walked up the street to the Wash on Mojave & Desert Inn, absolutely breathtaking to see that water speed down that concrete wash at 100MPH! I can only imagine what it would be like to fall in with the water racing by that fast!
The last big rain, I went up there and the wash was so full, it splashed up over the road! Another spectacular sight!
It's midnite, I hope there's a long enough break, like last night, to go out walking with my ferret.

I heard we have another car vs. pedestrian accident here in the valley. I heard a lot of sirens and saw a lot of cops. When I talked to the clerk at the convenience store, she said someone got hit by an SUV. All of you who like to walk, please be careful out there. It's like it's open season on pedestrians recently.
