Right now I am sitting on my penthouse balcony overlooking Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean to my left, and Biscayne Bay and the skyline of Downtown Miami to my right while typing on my laptop with my left hand and quaffing a Newcastle Brown Ale being held in my right.

Life doesn't get much better.
Well a tall statuesque blond without clothing holding the ale for you would make it better...

It is funny...I love cruising (car or boat)...but only on boats that I control. Just nothing much nicer than helming a boat in 20 foot seas and 50 knot winds. Makes you feel alive. And always that little tinge that you may not be so much longer. Ales on patios make you feel relaxed...that is similar to having passed on...

Last year, among other service calls, I received a check for over $2700 because my combination wall oven/microwave partially malfunctioned and they couldn't repair it. Having a home warranty has definitely been worthwhile for me.
Which HW company are you using, if you don't mind saying.

It's Old Republic. For the record, I didn't shop around and select them; the seller set up the contract and paid for the first year of my home ownership as part of the sales contract. Since they've been reliable and provided good service for me, I have just continued to renew the contract annually. (Although I did make some modifications.)

If you know of anyone who wants a used TDI bug really cheap, please send me a DM. I have to get rid of mine because I can't afford to fix it. Needs a new fuel pump. Other than that, runs well. Thanks!

Beautiful day at Lake Mead today.
The TV said it was supposed to be mostly cloudy. Guess that's why it was empty.

is it the fuel pump or the injection pump.... HUGE difference... injection pump runs into the thousands.. and is common on the tdi.. one of the issues vw never took responsibility for....
