You are not a sicko. I don't like heights. i don't travel much. I'm a home body. The sunset here tonight against the mountains is beautiful. But its all about smelling the roses where ever you are. It's just taking the time to do it.

How many overlook the windchill factor!!! If only that blasted wind in the Fall, Winter, Spring would stay out of the valley, our winters would be more tolerable! But once that wind makes an appearance, yikes!

The average windspeed for Las Vegas is 9.3MPH, there's the culprit! I wish we had Phoenix's 6.2MPH average wind speed! Having lived there for 3 years, never did I complain about the wind like I have here in the winter months, and Fall and Spring!

But this comes from my being a nightshift worker, being more exposed to it, as I sleep 10a-6p, during the more pleasant parts of the winter. Those late night walks I take at 2a-3a in the morning, in winter, would even be more painful if I didn't don my long underwear!

No long underwear here. My husdand had those back in Illinos to hunt or doing the driveway after a snow fall. Here to hot for those but again we are in bed at 2a-3a.

You don't even know what winter is until you wake up to 12" of new snow.
I could tear up that powder, but NV would not know what to do.

Tony Robbins messed me up. I was gonna charge 1200 to have people char their toes
So my next idea is to tell people to jump from the nugget and they will turn into gold.

Monsoon season does this. Yes, it is feeling a bit "thick" out there today. Thank God for the pool!

Monsoon season explains yours...but doesn't explain ours. The humidity is now 17%. That is unheard of!

LOL, crazy for sure! You are right, I don't think MI ever sees humidity in the teens either!

Yeah, explain 11%! And monthly rain...0.0. It's 22 days into the month and no rain. Part of my lawn are so dead and brown, it's like dried out pine needles.
