The cameras you identified and the link you provided are to the Montgomery County program. Those are the two cameras in Kensington to which I referred. However, the Village of Chevy Chase operates its own speed camera program independent of the MoCo operation. Tickets are paid directly to the Village. In fact, the Village program has been operational longer than the county's program. Here is some more info for you:

BTW, the incorporated cities of Rockville and Gaithersburg also operate their own independent programs. On a related matter, a lawsuit against all four of the programs was recently dismissed:

Actually, have you noticed this MomMom? It seems like people drive slower westbound on Summerlin Pkwy and I'm guessing it's because you are going up hill. Now that I think about it people go much faster eastbound.
