I've noticed the speed on both east and west bound lyra, unfortunately. But yeah, going downhill, your car just speeds along....lol

People always in a rush to get to where they're going...and it's usually no place that is an emergency to get to, i.e. (the grocery store, the casino, the movies, etc.)

You think that's funny? There's an actual street name El Pito that's off of Harmon, between Sandhill and Mountain Vista, on the east side of town.

You may still be a Bethesda local, but we're talking about Chevy Chase.

The cameras you identified and the link you provided are to the Montgomery County program. Those are the two cameras in Kensington to which I referred. However, the Village of Chevy Chase operates its own speed camera program independent of the MoCo operation. Tickets are paid directly to the Village. In fact, the Village program has been operational longer than the county's program. Here is some more info for you:

Safe Speed Program - Chevy Chase Village

BTW, the incorporated cities of Rockville and Gaithersburg also operate their own independent programs. On a related matter, a lawsuit against all four of the programs was recently dismissed:

Speed camera lawsuit against Montgomery County dismissed

Now, never question me again about Bethesda/CC!!! (j/k)

Something to think about;

Unsafe Driving... - Video

The car seat scene is very similar to a patient I just transported. Most people can not get all the way through this video. So are several other scenes similar to responses I've made.

Also please view this one,

YouTube - Embrace Life - always wear your seat belt

Drive carefully - the casino will still be there when you get there.

I think it's funny because it's El Cajon Pass.

I escaped Phoenix because of their over-vigilant patrols down there.

Phoenix, here we come!

My Supra forbids me to do 65 on the freeways, or 70 or 75!

There was also an amazing sunset the night before too. When we get the clouds, we always have intensely beautiful sunsets.
