OleCapt: Congrats on the great sales.

LVD: Wow, no wonder the TSA is hiring. I'm not a gun expert, but it must have been made of composite, if he was able to get it through the metal detectors.

Elko: No, no kidney stones. The doctor said that it was strain of the muscles and ligaments of lower back, and possible disc injury and sciatica. He gave me a couple of Percocet, and a script for Diazepam and Oxycodon with Acetaminophen. I'll go get the meds tomorrow morning. Hopefully the UMC
pharmacy won't be too busy.

When I got home my sister asked me if the doctor gave me note excusing me not to look for work.

Nice, huh?

Not sure why either of you are under the impression that this occurred after the man went through security. Ifyou clicked on the link, the story clearly states that this happened outside of Terminal 2. In fact, it occurred on the sidewalk in front of the terminal.

An extra note on my sister...

I explained to my sister what the doctor had said, she she has back problems. She said that I'm just using it as an excuse not to look for work. She also stated that her back problem is documented by an MRI. She often calls in sick for back pains, or sinus headaches.

Now, is that the Scientologist calling the Hare Krishna a weirdo, or what?

MMoB: No, I didn't click on the link. I'm doing this on my phone w/o the browser that I usually use, so no tabs. I'll go read the article in a minute.

I had a question for people here on the chat forum. Does anybody here have even a small pickup truck? I have a loveseat that my girlfriend and I want to move to our new apartment but no way to get it from Centennial Hills down to the Strip area

If I gave some money for gas would anybody here with a truck be willing to help me get it down to the strip area tomorrow?

Aqua, you seem like the nicest guy in the world, and I hope you dont take this as an attack because it's not. But if you're not spending EVERY waking moment looking for a job then your sister and brother in law are partially right.
You have to wake up every morning and spend 10-14hrs per day knocking on doors, filling out applications, or at the library using their computers to find a job. Youre in an insanely bad predicament and you've got to fight like hell to get out of it. You're life is literally on the line, cause you aren't living right now.
People keep offering you prayers, but God isn't going to find you a job or get you out of your own personal prison. Ball breaking hard work is the only thing you can count on. Get off you're a$$ and fight.
