There are 2 billion impoverished people across the world that would love to come here. It's our country if we want to waste food, water, etc. it's our business, isn't it? Some people may be wasteful but not the majority of Americans. What does any of that have to do with illegal immigration anyway? There is still only so much ariable land space we can build on to accommodate more foreigners. Or would you like to be like India and stacked in like sardines with wall to wall cement everywhere? Why are you so in love with foreigners? We already allow in over 1 million legal immigrants a year and you do know we have 23 million unemployed Americans, don't you? In simple terms there are no jobs for more foreigners.
Upping legal immigration wouldnt move billions here even if it was unlimited. You were talking about running out of resources and you don't see how being wasteful plays into that? Fwiw the majority of Americans are wasteful not the other way around.

We aren't anywhere close to running out of build-able land. When you make things up like this or a population tripling it weakens your attempted point. If Americans weren't so wasteful water wouldn't really be an issue now, we waste way too much as is

The actual native Americans would disagree and would probably have strong words of how we founded this country and our immigration here in the first place. Everyone for the most part is an immigrant here or related to those who moved here except for the actual natives that got pushed to little plots of tribal land.

Someone has to be original inhabitants and thus native. However you arrived at kicking others off the land and justifying your own immigration is justified but don't dare consider upping the legal immigration figures

Not all the land is desert and if potable water is an issue now why isn't our current wasteful nature an issue? Should use be more regulated? How big of a problem do you feel the lack of potable water is?
Americas population hit the 200 million mark in the late 60s 300 million in the mid 00 it wouldn't double or triple in 10, 20 or even 40 years. Aside from that irrational notion you could always adjust if the current population growth rate explodes past the less than 2% it's at. Birth rates in the country are dropping so more immigrants wouldn't pose the total population threat you may think

You want to legalize millions of poor, uneducated, unskilled illegals who are and would be a burden to our society rather than deporting them as our laws stated. That makes no sense at all.

lots of sun, no country in N. America has a monopoly on literacy, wisdom,

That's not going to happen if you are suggesting that we are going to annex Mexico. Being nice to each other means respecting each other's sovereign borders and immigration laws. Spanish is mosty prevalent in this country due to illegal immigration.
