Best part about this thread, landscapers shouldn't even be working yet. The ground temp is still way to cold for seed and chemicals. Your wasting $$ until the ground temp is a 24 hour avg of aleast 53 degrees for at minimum 1 week.

Mine is not coming until May because I told him to come then. He will only be cutting my lawn every 2 weeks.

No chemicals or seed yet. Just spring cleanup along with thatching & edging & cut.

I need a guy to sod and weed and mulch. I raked myself. DM me if you recommend somebody. I'm not looking for a big company contract. Just a privateer who wants to make some side coin. Thanks.

I did spot treat with tenacity a few weeks ago. It’s a liquid and I used a surfactant so it sticks to the weeds then gets absorbed. Granular stuff won’t absorb well into soil due to it being to cold and hard.

Historical ground temps for April 19
10 yr avg 54 degrees
5yr 52
2022 47

It’s no doubt way colder than normal this year.

Dimension can be used in May with no issues. I do every year, and have zero crabgrass.
