Meh. People (especially cowards) tend to be a lot bolder when they are in control of a 2 ton, 200 hp piece of machinery. And most people (particularly an elderly guy like this) who are a danger behind the wheel, tend to be not so much of a threat when left to their own device. Maybe you're right and I'm wrong, but my initial impression suggests that without his ability to drive he's not a significant danger to anybody. We'll see what the courts say.
