Like the person deserves credit for not having a criminal record in their previous years of life.
The judge was assessing her flight risk, ties to the local area and probability of committing more crimes.

Exactly. Never mind that, oh, no one has been tried and found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt yet. Details.

IDK why but this is the most horrific part for me. Like you're in the middle of it - but you can stop and take a call and presumably provide your husband, the childrens' father, whatever information he called for. Absolutely cold blooded.

And no nurse believes you are gonna die from a second story fall, unless you fall on your head. She's right surprised to find herself paralyzed right now - perhaps fitting punishment for a fitness nut.

Strangling someone is so personal too. Imagine doing that to anyone let alone a small child let alone your own small child...and then doing it twice more.

We know she did it. Her lawyer admitted she did it.

Her mental state and personal responsibility is what will be decided in the trial.

I tuned into this today thinking there wouldn't be much new info but i was stunned by the admission of her being the one to send him to cvs and get takeout AND she googled the drives to see how long she'd have. So premeditated. And she'd been to the pediatrician earlier in the day with one of the kids. Her lawyer was ridiculous. That wish jar?

Where did you see this info? If true, it's very planned.

The arraignment that was broadcast live this afternoon on all the local news outlets had all these details.

Her lawyer is gonna have to earn every one of those dollars to overcome what came out today. I mean it was the only arraignment and dang. No bueno for her.
