The attorney said she had been to more than one doctor trying to get help. This had apparently been going on since October.

Was she on all these meds prior to having her 3rd child?

Doubt it. Not all are safe in pregnancy. One reason many people on needed medications get abortions.

In all fairness October was not that long ago. I guess i'm not sure what exactly had been going on? Her feeling terrible? Or feeling like she wanted to kill people? I am not sure the blame can be placed on one dr entirely.

I wonder if she was 'doctor shopping'...not happy w/the results from meds prescribed by one, then on to a different one to see what they have to say/prescribe? Maybe if her history of meds wasn't shared with each subsequent doc then they'd never know what she was already taking.

Not sure. I mean a physician can only do so much also. The patient also needs to help themselves and do the right things to get their mind on track

The list of meds includes three in the same class (benzos) with only a half-life differing. Xanax, Valium, Ativan. Unlikely any one doctor would prescribe all three.

Unless she wasn’t getting the desired effect from one and they prescribed another? So many unknowns. Tuesday will provide a little more. Including the horrifying details of what she did. The attorney is definitely getting out in front of it by painting her as a victim.
