thank you, i'm well aware of that. Just like you (and other's here) don't need to understand why many people in towns don't want multi family housing or 40B and are against it. I was merely expressing my opinion on yards - calm down.

If you have kids or a dog it isn't useless.

You should see how many fences have been erected just for Fido to run around in.

Oh yes, that's a big deal for people with dogs. Especially with coyotes now.

My neighbor's dog is in the backyard a lot. Whenever she sees me she barks.
Honestly it is a little annoying.

My 6' fence doesn't stop the early morning coyote visit almost daily. My pup is at the door growling at 4:30 regularly.

well i guess it's better than not having a fence....we dont have a fence in our yard...i let my dog out to pee, watching him, then him back in. I do walk him plenty though...saw a coyote on our walk yesterday, he didnt bother us.

I have a 4 foot fence on the front facing side of my fenced in yard. I have camera footage of Foxes easily jumping over that to chase the rabbits that just hang out in my yard after 7PM munching on my grass.

Neighbors have said the same about coyotes and their 6 foot fence.

I can't believe a million bucks for this place! It's on a busy road (right across from an intersection too) plus has low ceilings and is only 1600 sq ft. It's already under contract...buyers must be desperate to get into Hingham.
