Anyone have any ghetto pics of Goulds? I looked it up on satellite and can't really find any "ghetto" areas. Some very lower-income areas, but that doesn't equate to "ghetto" to me. I've driven through it too, and don't feel uncomfortable there. (Speaking as a white girl from East Kendall.)

I drove through Florida City yesterday. Now THAT shocked me! Trash all over the front yards, junky houses and junky cars. Counted 4 police cars within a 2 block area.

Goulds gets a bad rep but people tend to forget about the new suburban development there that looks like any middle class suburb in South Florida. Some of the older areas look worse than others though, and Gould's crime rates are high on a national level.

Yea, nice facades on those new townhomes and cookie cutters in Goulds. Too bad the people who move into them on gov't MLK loans are human trash. That is sure to be a future slum.

The developers shouldn't have tried making those dwellings look so nice, as I'm sure lack of upkeep and irresponsibility will make the area look like a dump in the next decade.

How can I claim this with any certainty? The same kind of people who destroyed/choked off other parts of Miami-Dade are now moving to Goulds. That is how I know.

and on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst, How would you rate
dade county ghetto's? These are just a few pictures below.

I really want to relocate to Florida but seeing pictures like those really makes me worried and think about it twice.

What is that? Looks like POVERTY STRICKEN NEIGHBORHOODS and SO ISOLATED I wouldn't want to live there sorry

C'mon man ... that would be like judging all of the state of New York from seeing pictures of the Bronx or Spanish Harlem or the bad areas of Queens or Jackson Heights .... on second thought it is horrible here , please stay in NYC .
