Hmm. That also works as (u-r)x2=I, where u = the day I took off my long underwear. We have about an inch and it's stuck pretty good, plus probably a inch that melted.

Tho you can once again see the very top of the snow measure marker on Lolo Pass... it's 9 feet high and has been buried for 4 months!

Stage Two on the Bundy Ranch thing:
4/1687 NOTAM Details
The relevant part:
Quote:
No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).

ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF BLM ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE
It seriously behooves all ranchers to keep a close eye on this, as how this case goes, so will go a lot more of you in due course.

Looks like BLM is wanting to protect flight for their helo's....... or, BLM doesn't want anybody else shooting pictures for evidence.

The snow during the night was hard on the willows.

This picture is taken looking at the willows on the other side of the River.

This picture is of the willow trees right in front. Standing on my porch looking about 140 ft at the row of willow trees.

And what the hell is a BLM "relief" aircraft ?? What are they relieving us of??

And that "First Amendment Zone" was totally--

Ya know, none of the trees here leafed out yet. Maybe they knew something we didn't.

No leaves yet, but the ***** willows have huge buds.

relief aircraft are to releave the BLM aircraft already on scene. They should be totally gone now. They pulled out yesterday morning saying, "We'll be back."

I thought the First Amendment Zone extended from Sea to Shining Sea, anyplace inside the US of A. Apparently, BLM can define where Constitutional Rights can and can not be applied. What would that be, Constitutional Maybe's? Of course, that is in true following of their Commander and Chief.

I just spent 30 minutes busting ice and scraping my 4 wheeler. No, I'm not going to plow, but I did want to go to the post office. hahaha

Measured snow and moisture. 4 inches of snow that gave 1.20 inches of moisture. That is truely some went stuff. Yesterday, I did run out and check moisture as it turned from rain to snow. We got .34 inches of rain before it turned white.

Here's a fascinating video that amply explains this winter, and the winters to come:

Wow.. Just heard about that incident in Kansas City. The 14yo shot and killed was an Eagle Scout. So sad. Tomorrows a Scout meeting, I'm sure it will come up.

Feds back down in Nevada:

The next move probably belongs to the IRS, since an overlooked bit in the 110th Congress' Farm Bill removed the statute of limitations on debt to the federal gov't.

Social Security, Treasury target taxpayers for their parents’ decades-old debts - The Washington Post

go down to SEC. 14219. ELIMINATION OF STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO COLLECTION OF DEBT BY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFSET

What I want to know is... how is this not an ex post facto law??
