Maybe not the funniest scene(s) ever but certainly funny:
Happy Gilmore -- Happy and Bob Barker, teamed up for a Celebrity Pro-Am, duke it out on the green... The Price is WRONG...
Fame (the movie, not the TV show) -- Auditions, specifically when Leroy agrees to help his girlfriend with her dance audition (he isn't even remotely interested in auditioning for a place in the school) and proceeds to upstage her completely. Not intentionally, not maliciously -- he's just a sweeeeeet dancer . I love the girlfriend's reactions, Debbie Allen's reactions but most of all, I just loooooove watching Leroy dance! Mmmmm mmmmm wicked! Leroy's "audition"
This is the final scene of a great movie. Even though you might not be able to suffer through the whole movie, you might get the jist of this final clip.
I have a few but a few of my favorites have been mentioned already Something about Mary (he's a bleeder)---Planes Trains and Automobiles (so many funny scenes).........Christmas Vacation and Just plain Vacation
Anyone ever see License to Drive when the drunk guysteals the car and is cutting his limes on the dashboard
I also think that Deuce Bigelow Male Gigolo.............the lady with the touretts syndrome and the really big lady with the foot. OMG
I am sure there were so many more.also loved Drop Dead Fred
There are many good ones mentioned here and many I can think of. I'll just mention the first movie that has brought me tears of laughter that I can remember. It's the first "Naked Gun", toward the end where Leslie Nielsen is a baseball umpire. That whole last ~10 min. is just nonstop hilarity!
