Sly and the Family Stone, The Beatles' "Get Back", Diana Ross and the Supremes, Elvis Presley's comeback and last U.S #1, Steam's "Na Na Hey Hey" and The Archies got my vote.

Man The Beatles were losing it at this time, good thing they broke up in 1970.

I skipped 2013 it had nothing. Some earlier years were very difficult to choose with so many excellent offerings.

Though I was never a particularly BIG Elvis Fan, I had to go with "Suspicious Minds." Great great song--and I bet it't the most-covered since then by other artists.

Yeah, because Abbey Road was such a forgettable album

That aside, I agree with your picks for best singles

IMO 1969 was probably Presley's last year when he had a song on the charts for pretty much an entire year---

If I Can Dream----(January to March)
Memories---------(April to May)
In The Ghetto-----((May To July)
Suspicious Minds---(September to November)

Again, a great list of songs here! Thanks Nema98!

I voted for Wedding Bell Blues, although I prefer Laura Nyro's original version.
