That's Courtland Corners, I thought their application phase was over, have your cousin google it and find out.
Hi, i've been following this thread. The Courtandt Corners is actually a large complex of different buildings. You can google the building names to see what the income requirements are for each: The Penfield, The Roma, The Upton and courtlandt corners. I applied to the Penfield, my application is with HPD now, hope to hear somerhing soon. I heard that some of the 2 and 3 bdrooms in the buildings will have washers and dryers, but i dont know if thats true.
Deli..... Let me tell you something.... If I'm making well over 6 figures a year there is no way in he'll I'm buying anything on Brook ave. For 192k I can move into a gated community in Throggs Neck. Hell you can rent a beautiful doorman building on the Eastside for that price. Sadly you will get some fools that will make the move there. I go to that track every morning and between dodging the dog poop and seeing all the cars broken into it's just a shame. Not only that but at the beginning of the summer I was taking a stroll past there while they were still working and I could not believe what I saw.... I watched them attach the side wall with the windows already in place to the side of the apt. There was a truck filled with walls with the windows already installed. Is that the cheap way of constructing a building?

deli did you take any pics of your apartment?...i would like to see what a one bedroom looks like. Im going to give them a call tomorrow and ask them if they still have one bedrooms available so I could go to the open house. I got approved to BBTB and im just waiting for them to call me to sign my lease but they keep playing games with ppl. also La terraza is more convenient for me because of the location. I just hope they still have 1 bedrooms.
