hey guys. so i just finished calling the BBTB office and spoke to sandra. she told me that the managers have all the files of the people that got approved, and they are calling people to sign their lease. She also said i should be getting a call by thursday- let's see....

hvaldez that's so funny I spoke to Sandra last Tuesday and that was exactly what she told me and here we are 1 week later and no one has called me yet.

shyguy- yea i know they prob won't call me this week. It's crazy the way they are doing things. I just faxed an application to La Terraza- they prob call me before BBTB lol.

did you pick a low floor? (6 or lower)

hey hvaldez sandra told me last week wednesday that she dont have my file anymore, she said that the supervisor have them and that they should call me sometime this week.

I also picked a high floor. someone wrote on here that they told her only floors 6 and under were ready. when I spoke to sandra i completely forgot about that and i didnt ask her. I'm gonna wait atleast until the end of the week, if i dont hear anything from them I'll call her again.

yea that's the same thing she told me. I hope they call us this week. I cant wait to move into my new apartment. did you take any pictures when you went to see ur unit?

Hi hvaldez213, I believe they are calling ppl now to sign their lease. My fiancee and I got a call today to sign our lease next wed and we chose a high floor that we were told wouldn't be ready till the end of sep. But we were also told that we may not get the floor we originally want. Wishing you the best of luck and hoping you get called soon.
