Nothing yet I got called from mhany last week asking about 3 months I didn't get paid from my job but it was due to maternity leave they said it was hdc who was asking but today makes 1 week since that call
I still haven't gotten in to sign my TIC forms as every time I give them something, they ask for something else. Smh. This last step is a notarized letter. It appears whoever managed my file initially, didn't do a thorough job in collecting all the details HDC needs. So now I'm having to backfill. It's beyond frustrating because all these months I could have gathered these details, instead of feeling like nothing could be done.
The person I spoke with said after filling TIC forms, it gets sent to HDC.
HDC, they said, has been rather slow and the usually 1-2 weeks process is taking more like 3 weeks. (I hear that and set my expectations to 1 month. Since delays is how this process has gone so far.)
So I'm, at minimum, a month away from final approval from HDC.
I want to sign the TIC to find out what apartment they allocated to us and at what rate.
My husband goes on the road for an entire month beginning February, so I'm laughing at the possibility of getting approved while he is gone and getting a move in date during that time. smh. lol.
Congratulations brooklynresident5..... I'm waiting for HDC as well.
