I go in on Monday as well to sign more documents to continue the application process.
The views of the apartments look amazing according to the photogenic pics.
I feel so sad for everyone reading all of this, let's just hope this isn't the case for 535 Carlton
I get where you're coming from, but there's plenty other housing complexes to apply to.. beautiful areas too as well as 461 just as you stated Carlton ..
All the other lottery apartments I got interviews for are in ****holes in the Bronx. :/ I have an interview on Tuesday for Crotona Park East on 174th street. It could be my last resort since I got screwed in this one (AND Carlton which I had my first intake interview for 2 weeks ago). Hopefully other companies managing these affordable housing developments have their **** together a little better.

Hey hey, a roof over your head is better than nothing right now.. right?
What are the other companies other than MHANY running this..
Mhany is just a third party non profit agency that the developers chose (or maybe the city chose) to manage the lottery applicants and tenants. All the developments have different ones. It's why it's irksome when people pop into random lottery threads and ask questions, while they all have the same format to follow (download the 100 page document from HPD), they are all different and all have different levels of competency.

Hey Aquarius, how did you get screwed on the Dean and Carlton lotteries?
Oh okay congratulations on your apartment many blessing to you. I am waiting for a call back for rejection or approval. I have 0 credit and it's been a month since the interview, praying for a great outcome
