Hi Lata, I was called and told I was approved in about a week and to wait for the leasers to call me, which they did within two weeks.

It's not 100% finished but at least 25 units are occupied with a mix of market rate and lottery occupants.

Like I mentioned before... at least by end of Feb/beginning of March, a majority will be filled. Give it time. You may get called in late and get a quick date to sign the lease and move in date as well.

Hi all. I haven't posted anything until now because it would have just been about how frustrating this process has been. But now I'm at a point where it might be helpful to myself and others to start!

My log is 7,###, I have a CB preference, and I should qualify for a studio or a 1 bedroom. I had my intake interview in mid-August. And then I heard absolutely nothing at all from anyone until ...

I was emailed by MHANY twice this past week (Friday and Monday) about resubmitting different financial paperwork VIA EMAIL because it had gone stale, which I did immediately both times. They also followed up to ask me about explaining mobile deposits made to my account, which I also did. I have never been asked to come back to 1 MetroTech or to sign any of my paperwork since my intake interview 5.5 months ago.

Has anyone else been asked to just email their updated paperwork rather than bring it in? Does anyone have any thoughts on where this puts me in this process?

I'll keep posting as things progress, if they progress. Best of luck to everyone!
