How many brs do you qualify for?

Also, you should go interview.

If you don't try you lose out, but if you try then there's still hope.
I qualify for the 1 bdroom with 2 ppl - what do you all think about the second person not being on my current lease?

Did your housing connect application list them and their income?

Lease shouldn't matter then, I don't think. They'll recalculate your income based on whatever it is now (combined) and use that. If you still fall within the salary range you should be ok. But it really is $1 over or $1 under you'll be disqualified by the city. Good luck! Definitely worth a shot. Access to the fitness center, etc.. is only $40 more a month.

Alright thanks, yeah we do qualify but partly because I got a new job making more money. We shall see! Doesn't hurt to try. I'm thinking at this point they are trying to fill a very low number of apts anyway and my log number is #6XXX

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, when you call MAHNY for an update they will no longer give you an update on your file or if you received a notice or anything. They used to sparingly, but no longer for whatever reason.
