No I've seen a few lower numbers. Latashaw is like a double digit or something. But Yeah I think I def have to wait until end of feb or mid march actually.

Congrats! Is the building 100% complete or are they still working on it? I havent passed by it in a couple of weeks. Btw Aquarius, it didnt show up on my credit report either.
Yeah Aquarius most lotteries do a "soft" inquiry -- you can find some credit reports that'll show you all soft inquiries (I think AnnualCreditReport does), but most consumer credit reporting tools (Credit Karma, etc.) only show "hard" inquiries.
I don't know if this will help anyone or put anyone a little at ease but I spoke with someone this morning from MHANY who stated that they are now beginning to process Municipal preferences. She also stated the usual "if you have yet to hear anything then its a good sign because that means your application is still being processed". So I guess keep hope, faith, and positive everyone!!!

It is definitely not all complete. I would also say that probably not even 15 units are filled yet
