I too, may turn out to be wrong, but a lot of the reason I'm pushing back on the "lower half of the building" theory is because there is no Certificate of Occupancy for floors above 20. That means NO ONE can move in, market or affordable. That's why there are no market listings advertised, and I imagine JRW, that's why the sheet you saw only included apartments on floors 2-19. I don't know, though. I hold out a bit of hope that those of us who are in the lurch are effectively waiting for floors 21-32 to be C of O'd. I might be wrong.
Well, the floor plans and market lists are already up on the main website 461dean.com. So I'm guessing they got the certification. Plus it's a lot of demand going on. Going through 84,000 plus applications manually takes time. Yes some people will get their lids blown over but that's how the game roll to narrow down to 181 lucky people. I'm just curious what can be done with that being said when there could be hundreds of eligibles, despite the waiting lists and log numbers. No expectations should be too high on this, can lead to disappointment.
They only have certification up to the 19th floor. There arent any plans above the 19th listed anywhere.

They don't go through the 84,000 applications. never.
A few of those applications get randomly selected for further interviewing.
Then, they select you if you qualify (many people don't qualify after being selected for further processing). Your log number determines where you fall in that line. The lower your log number the better your chances of actually being awarded an apartment are.
Of course, the batch of people who qualify are also selected based on prefferences. CB > Disability > Employee > Regulars in this case.
Hi, everyone! In case anyone is still waiting to be called, I just wanted to post to say I got a letter inviting me in for an interview. My log number is 3,3XX, no preference groups.

Macnyc, thank you thank you thank you......most helpful. I hope all other non pref follows suit in making us aware of their status. Truly appreciated! When was your intake?
We decided not to interview, although I think the apartments are beautiful and the area is up and coming. We are paying less for our current two-bedroom, and it's such a hassle to move!
I'm going to view another apartment the 1st. I'll ask what's going on anyways.
