an the whole "we have it and you don't" sthich is gross. grow up, Pacific Park Girl
Are you sure you are the one who should be saying that? You have said some of the most rudest comments on this thread, so much so that everyone has shunned you. And not only that you are rude on every other thread. I do not think, I have said anything wrong in condemning smoking in a smoke-free building. Additionally, you did NOT get in. So get that in your head and stop sulking in every forum possible.
especially the market rate people paying 3500 for a one bedroom. they can't smoke marijuana? lmfao. good luck with that!
I do not understand, ONLY becasue they are market rate ppl they can do whatever they want? You are not part of management. You did not even get a chance to see the lease. Moreover, whether the ppl are in the lowest band or the highest band...everyone has the same right in every building. Additionally, I'm in the highest band possible...and my rent is akin to a market rate. So puhlease, calm down and get outta here. Go sulk somewhere else.
You really need to talk to management about this. There are many NYC rules and regulations regarding this and pros and cons. If you guys break up, he can stay and you can't have him leave. He doens' even have to pay rent.
This is a far way off. I don't know if he'd even want to come back to New York after his tour. I'm mostly just asking aloud because I don't know so many details about regulation. I suppose time will tell.
Umm..I just said it ..you are screaming it and put it all in caps. jealous much?
No offense, but you're coming off just as strong as Aquarius has before.
And smoke-free buildings are about as smoke-free as fat-free bacon. There will always be somebody smoking.
Personally, I vape (gross, I know, whatever) and this won't be an issue for me, but I also don't think 360 tenants with privacy rights are going to care much if you sniff outside their door or tell the principal on them.
That being said, I wouldn't enjoy a smoky building, but people are obviously going to smoke on the roof deck.
she's a mor(A)n and all her new neighbors will be privy of such. such is life no one likes tools and toolettes as neighbors.
