I think this is crazy that it is taking so long to simply even run the credit & background check especially when they outsourced this service to a third party namely On-site.

I read a comment on google that Alvista bumped up their interview from July to June, smh. I don't understand why they are still interviewing people. This doesn't make sense.

Maybe they are interviewing AMI 165 applicants for the 134 very expensive apartments - and just maybe many applicants don't want them at that price so they keep interviewing more and more trying to fill those.

I just got an email requesting another copy of my 2017 tax return. I’m in the 165% AMI with a 5X,XXX log number. I’m thinking they are about to send my group to Onsite for processing. At least I have not been forgotten or waitlisted yet.....yet.

Friend it does not matter what you post. Or what happens every week in your town in Chicago or Detroit or here
Those on the forum will insist crime is down and if there ever was a problem it was entirely the fault of the police

Hello All,

I also received an email today ( 2:30 PM) requesting that I resend my Employment verification Form... Email stated " I hope all is well! I am reaching out because we have reviewed your application and we are missing a few items from you that we need in order to proceed. Please provide the following no later than Monday, June 18th, if you would like us to proceed with your application. "

( Sigh Really frustrating)

My log Number 2X,XXX and my interview date was 3/2/16

I resent the document and now... I continue to wait... Best of luck to everyone!!!

I haven't heard anything, yet. Good or bad.

I wonder if they lose some of the documents -- for those who have to resend them.
