Anyone been through the process for this apartment complex? I believe they have two address one on Westchester ave and one on Newbold. My log is 2,xxx so I'm hoping I have a shot w/o CB preference!
Interviewed in June. Log #1*** with CB and municipal preference. I should hear some news this week.
Thats good! Have they reached out for you to turn in more documents? I noticed there are some tenants already in the building so I'm hoping by the end of the year to hear something.
Submitted updated documents in August. They called me today because HDC is requesting a conflict of interest letter because I work for a city agency. Once they receive it I’m approved. I don’t think anyone is there yet. I‘m approved for 2044 Westchester and the building is suppose to open Nov 1. 2035 Newbold opens December 1.
