In 2044 the laundry room is on the second floor with maybe 8 washers and dryers. The terrace is also on the second floor. Bike storage is in the basement and there’s a party room in the lobby. The super is moving into 2044 until Newbold is completed, then he will live in Newbold.

Nope I havent heard anything since my interview earlier this month. Hopefully no news is good news lol

There is no space to fit a dinning room table the way the unit is configured. The super said all of the units are like that.

When I get my keys on the first I will ask the super when will Newbold be completed.

They can’t tell you which unit to take if your income qualifies for more than 1 unit. If your income was $60000, you could qualify for a 3bd under the 60%AMI and choose that one. I saw that info in the marketing handbook.
