New to the forum. Hey! Are there any updates to this development? Has anyone been approved for the Newbold building? I had an interview back in January but have not heard anything back. My log number is 5xxx but I have CB preference. This waiting game is killing me.
They may be up to or around your number now. Mine was 2475 and they called me for further processing but I turned it down due to winning another lottery. Try to contact the agent handling your file.
Thanks for the info Nazbeatz! I contacted my assigned case worker and she just mentioned that they are not up to my log # yet. But knowing that they’ve passed the 2,400 mark is great to hear. Thank you!
Not sure if anyone is following this forum but I contacted the management agency and they are processing applications for log # 38xx. We just have to hang in there for now lol. I hope everyone is safe and healthy in these tough times!
my my log number is mid 2xx and i did my interview in October. I qualified for either a studio or to be wait listed for a 1BR. From my understanding there are 2 buildings so filling them in works in phases but i'm not sure if i'm waiting for tenant to drop their apartment or for the 2nd building to start getting assigned.
I just visited the building today and it doesn’t seem like anyone has moved into the Newbold building. It could be that all of the 1 bedroom apartments are taken already for your AMI
