Not much people have moved in. I have only seen 4 other people so far. Not sure how many people have leased up already.

The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are good size. The living room on the small side and no place to put a dinning room table.

Well I guess the building not being half full yet is a good sign. I noticed a lot of these new apartments don't have enough space for a dining table as well, it must be some type of regulation lol Nevertheless I'm glad you like the apartment!

Spoke to the head person in charge. Only 20 apartments are left to fill and then she going to start working on the other building

No you probably will. You probably have to wait for the other building if not this one. I drove by there today and Newbold is not finished yet.
