Has anyone else been having issues with their heat?
It seems like the main boiler turns on at a certain temperature but it hasn't been consistent. it doesn't help that the PTAC units have large gaps that let cold draft into the apartments

There seems to be a lot of problems for a newly constructed building. We pay rent but don't have the thingsgs management is supposed to be providing

I'm doing great, happy holidays. glad everything worked out for you. seems like the heating and mail situation got handled. the only current issue is lack of key fobs.
