Mine says Lottery Pending again too - said that initially then switched to Tenant Selection In Progress, which usually comes after Lottery Pending! So I dunno what's going on with that.
None of the ones I have applied to ever showed me my log number. I feel like they do once you have been selected for the smaller pool
"Waiting list will be established by a limited lottery. There will be a limit of 500 applicants drawn from the One
Bedroom Lottery. There will be a limit of 250 applicants drawn from the Three Bedroom Lottery."
I think that if you're selected as one of the 500 applicants you get a log number. I could be wrong. Just guessing based on the info they provided.
I called again lol, I first talked to someone who said that the notices had been sent out, I was then redirected to another woman who told me the 1 beds “had yet to be established,” so not really sure what’s going on…
Oh well! Typical Mitchell Lama. We have to have patience I suppose!
