Also, anyone know what the parking situation might be in this building? I don’t have a car but I work in Gravesend/Coney in Brooklyn so a parking space would be ideal.
Just the parking space, for the apartments she did not want to give a time, she said it depends could be 2 years to over 10 years
Thanks for the reply, much appreciated! The person I called this morning in regards to the overall application also said "15 years". I assume they're just really going along with whatever the internet is saying as well. Hopefully, none of the corruption shenanigans is still going on and that all of us have an equal chance to obtaining a residence.
It doesn't really matter what wait list moves faster, to be honest. You can only be chosen for one list to be on (and most people would not be able to qualify for all three lists) though I think singles would qualify for a studio and a one bed.
