I called again about the wait list time, she basically said at this time they don't know and will not know until after all the responses are received. Much to my surprise, she said not everyone sent a letter applies and advised to call back after April when they will have a better idea of the wait time.
That's very interesting to hear. Thanks for the additional context. Hope to keep this thread/community active while the process is ongoing. *Also hoping the process is as fair as they claim it to be haha

Which wait list are you on & what is your number? I'm 2 bdrm in the 50's
I’m a townhouse in the 70s. Does anyone have a log number over 300? Trying to figure out if the log numbers are 1-300 for each bedroom size or if they’re 1-900 for all different bedroom sizes.

You can find all this info in the ad.
"There will be a limit of 300 applicants drawn for each bedroom size from the supervised lottery."
I called yesterday and woman on the phone said the townhouses were “big studios” not one bedrooms and they were separate from the towers. Not sure what that means, but the people who were pointing out the separate low rise buildings might have been right. There seems to be so few of these buildings that a 300 person waitlist would take forever.
