I’m a townhouse in the 70s. Does anyone have a log number over 300? Trying to figure out if the log numbers are 1-300 for each bedroom size or if they’re 1-900 for all different bedroom sizes.

You can find all this info in the ad.

"There will be a limit of 300 applicants drawn for each bedroom size from the supervised lottery."

what happens if you are single before you own a studio apt and then get married? are you able to get your spouse on the apt?

I called yesterday and woman on the phone said the townhouses were “big studios” not one bedrooms and they were separate from the towers. Not sure what that means, but the people who were pointing out the separate low rise buildings might have been right. There seems to be so few of these buildings that a 300 person waitlist would take forever.
