Yes any update on 1BR income limits? I would guess it is 30-100K range for 1-2 people but you can make 50% more you just have to pay a higher maintenance. Does anyone know.

Can someone tell me if Penn South has security guards in each building? Or do they have a security force in the development

Hey guys! Just wanted to update and hope this helps. I just signed off on all my docs to be submitted to HPD. And assigned a unit. Breaking grounds compliance review is super thorough. Smh. But, it’s all done! For those who have any preference, now they are only doing the disabilities one. Which from I was told is almost done. No one has been contacted to move in yet. Apparently HPD won’t even touch CB preference until this is done. So, it will be a bit of a wait but I was told that the process has been moving really fast for this developer so far. I’m just glad that I finally made to this part! I’m personally gonna give 2 months for this whole thing to be completed just so I drive myself crazy! Lol

Thank you! She told me that I’ll be able to the unit once HPD approves it. I hope it’s soon!

Nope nothing for me yet. I'm guessing not for a few more weeks for me since I'm in the 30k log range. Whats your log # eclipse?
