Wow this looks great. Nice size too. Was this on the NYC Housing Lottery or a lottery/market rate outside of it?

Anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to you after choosing an apartment? I've been left in the dark.

What was your log number range? And how long ago did you choose?

Reside contacted me for a 1BR unit available on this address on 5/12, they said I applied (but I never recalled) & asked if I want to proceed with my application. The rent is $1,975 & they offered one-month’s free rent so it equals to a net rent of $1,810. It was the same day when Breaking Ground contacted me to process my paperwork for the Summit so I turned down Reside's offer to schedule a unit tour of this apartment.

From the video, the unit is indeed nice & spacious, I hope you'll get it. Good luck!

Your lucky with the summit building is it a one bedroom or studio?

Thanks! With the Summit, I was eligible for both 1BR & studio but when they reached my log #, 1 BR units were all taken already so only studios left & I was in fact got assigned to the last studio available so take it or leave it. Fortunately, shortly after my TIC was approved by HPD, an alcove studio became available because someone with lower log withdrew & Breaking Ground reassigned their alcove studio to me which is way larger with the same price!

As comparison, here are the size difference between a studio & an alcove studio at the Summit:

Studio: https://youtu.be/PZ7V6I1sDh8

Alcove studio: https://youtu.be/SMORp7C76lk --- My bathroom door is not facing my bed like this one, it's facing the kitchen/dining area which is better but more or less similar layout.
