This studio is def bigger than the one that was offered to you before. Is the location better i.e. higher floor, better view etc? Good luck in making decision!

Yea better view and location and more closet space the other one had 1 closet ...its also a higher floor ...it was assigned to sumbody else I guess that person didn't want it

I think that's exactly what happened to @someoneinqueens for the Summit Alcove.
As Digital Nomad said, I had exactly the same experience, my alcove was actually assigned to someone else but that person withdrew so it became mine!

I just came from viewing a apartment at 1595 Broadway in Brooklyn its a medium sized building it has a rooftop deck with grills... gym... laundry room that you can hook up a app to...and a private indoor parking garage...the apartment is very spacious beautiful large windows and a large balcony I think this is the one

Nah i just got picked to view the apartment today idk wat happens after that but she said i was the first to view the apartment because I have a low log#
