Hope this helps! I am not sure about how big my apartment is but overall the apartments are pretty small. I do have to say that the apartment feels bigger because there was no galley style kitchen. I toured the 26 line apartment and to me it felt tight because your kitchen is in a hallway where you would enter the apartment. You should be able to see my review in a post previously. The studio sized apartments take the cake for smallest size though. They are insanely small, you can put maybe a bed, an armchair, and a small dining table at the center of the kitchen and that would be it.
hi y’all again! has anyone that lives in 5pointz through affordable housing ask about recertification process once your lease is up? does anyone have any information about this?

appreciate your responses in advance!
You can relax, there is no recertification process for 5 Pointz. They will send you a lease renewal when it's time - that's it. Are you in the building yet or in the process?
@dime99 im in the process and was debating if i should do a 1 year or 2 year lease. ive decided to do 1 year so far in case anything comes up since it seems like a lot of people had to break their lease in affordable housing in the past and overall you just never know so wanted to know if you had to go through the whole process again.
I'm actually in a lottery unit in Williamsburg, Dime. I stick around the forums to help out once in a while. I signed for two years back when it was zero percent. Will be resigning in few months. Congrats! Hope the process is smooth for you!
thank you @dime99 so it seems like as long as youre in the first time, there should be no recertification if you decide to stick with the lottery unit you are assigned to? congrats on the dime! i didn't know about housing lottery back then or i would have definitely applied to that location as that's a prime location!
Yes, no recertification at all for Middle-Income lottery units.
