@LIC_Lyfe I went to go see them recently and there are only 2 style of 1bd left which is the line 24 and 26 apartments that are about 506-527 sq ft. I didn't proceed as that is way too small in my opinion!
Thanks, but for those of us who haven't gotten to view anything yet, I don't know what that even means. The floorplans aren't up on the website either any longer.
Hi, I'm 12XXX and still patiently waiting my number to be called, which Neil said should be June or July. I already live in LIC/Hunter's Point and the 35 years of rent stabilization and getting to stay in this neighborhood will forgive a lot of flaws with this building for me at least. I'm in a great building now, but it's only stabilized through 2030 at the longest.
I was #5163, applied in May 2021 and got called in December 2021. IMO, rent stabilization is very shaky in NYC. I personally believe it will end at some point. Not sure when. A lot of developers are finding loopholes in laws. Rent stabilization is a lot of the reason why these buildings(along with poor materials which could or could not be the fault of the construction companies) are built so poorly. The good thing about these old pre war buildings is that they are built solid. I wish you luck on the apartment hunt. Maybe some of the other new buildings in the area are built better.

I like amenities, which is why I hate prewar buildings.
It’s nice to hear people with 8xxx log numbers getting called. I was too late to apply to 5 pointz but my log # for Sven is 3xxx. Does that mean I might have a chance? Currently not feeling too hopeful
