Thanks, but for those of us who haven't gotten to view anything yet, I don't know what that even means. The floorplans aren't up on the website either any longer.

I was #5163, applied in May 2021 and got called in December 2021. IMO, rent stabilization is very shaky in NYC. I personally believe it will end at some point. Not sure when. I like amenities, which is why I hate prewar buildings.

It’s nice to hear people with 8xxx log numbers getting called. I was too late to apply to 5 pointz but my log # for Sven is 3xxx. Does that mean I might have a chance? Currently not feeling too hopeful

5 pointz apartments are not all that the building is nice but the apartments itself isn't all that ...the building has alot of nice ammenties but remember theres two 40 story towers share those ammenties
