can anyone confirm the amenities fee and pet fee costs? ty

amenities are 1,000 a year and no pet fees but make sure your pet has had a recent appointment because they make you get a vet to fill out a form to move in (I had to do it even though I only have a rabbit) and if you have not been in the last year you will need to very quickly get a vet appointment as vets will not sign forms for patients they have not seen within a year.

Amenities were $1K for the first group who moved in; it increased to $1,400 by the time I moved in in September 2023

Pet fee: $500
Pool fee: $25 per person, per use (you must be an amenities member/have paid the annual fee)

wow theater fan thanks for this cos i was reading the thread from the beginning and no one has mentioned 1,400k or 500 pet fee, i wonder is this for new people.

i am considering withdrawing my application now.

how far up do you have to be to not hear the train? i was told units available on 15th , 28th and 40th floors
