Thank you! It's definitely a little bigger than mine and has less severe angles making the space more usable. I think the view is probably mostly obstructed since it's on a lower floor. I moved in January and I really like it. The rules for the amenities make them illogical to be utilized to their full capability which is my biggest complaint but the staff are so nice and attentive, that issues are fixed instantly. I put in an order at 8 pm and they came at 10 pm. Public transportation is a breeze from here and lots of good things nearby.
Thank you so much for your review of the building. Tho I’m not a fan of the 2bdrm layout I can’t wait to see the rest of the building. I def wish the 2bdrm was more like the Qline layout

Reason: Typo
Hey, is the D line 2bdrm? Would you mind sharing that layout as well?
Thanks; I've never seen this floor plan (G). I suspect some of the more unusual plans are often put in the lottery pools. Attached is the D plan -1 bedroom. Also, most of the MR floor plans on Street Easy are very similar, if not exactly the same as the lottery plans.

I received an email today with the floor plans left. Heads up seems there’s only (3) 1bedrooms for $2345. She didn’t mention 1bdrm for the other price points. Multiple studio and 2bdrm
Studio $2189 (Unit J)
1 bedroom (58H, 19Q, and 15L are left at this price)
$2345 H, Q, L
2 bdrm $3328 Unit G
thanks for this insight, i thought J line was 1 bd
can anyone explain the process here? i know most people have to get the tic signed before viewing? did y'all view unit then sign the tic via online or have to go somewhere in person? thanks if anyone knows.

TIC is online, everything is other than the viewing, and it's casual like any other apartment showing and not an interview. TIC was before viewing
Did you guys bring a guest to use the amenities? If so, did you have to pay?
It depends on the amenity I think. I know they charge for the gym and the pool but I think the other ones you are supposed to be allowed two guests at no additional charge.

Oh nice! This whole time I thought we had to pay for that too and I thought it was wild.
